1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an Itamde Suite account or using the service, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Itamde Suite is a SaaS platform that provides SEO, content, project management, social publishing and related tools. Features may evolve, be added or removed at our discretion.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for all activity performed under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to: publish illegal, defamatory, hateful or fraudulent content; infringe third-party intellectual property; send spam; reverse engineer the platform; circumvent technical limits or rate limits.

5. Third-party integrations

Itamde Suite integrates with third-party platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business, WordPress and others) on your behalf, only when you explicitly authorise the connection via OAuth. You remain responsible for compliance with their terms of service.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you publish through the service. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and transmit that content solely to deliver the service. We retain the rights on the Itamde Suite software, brand and documentation.

7. Plans, payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed according to the rates published on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds follow the policy detailed on the pricing page and applicable consumer law.

8. Service availability

We strive to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance or temporarily suspend the service for security or operational reasons.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itamde Suite is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue or business opportunity.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with prior notice when reasonable. Upon termination, data is removed in accordance with the privacy policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Substantive changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of the Itamde Suite operator. Any dispute is subject to the competent court of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
