Data controller

The data controller is the administrator of the Itamde Suite instance where you created your account.

Data collected

• Email, username, first name, last name, password (hashed) for account creation.
• Data of the SEO projects you configure (URLs, languages, limits).
• OAuth tokens of connected social networks (encrypted at rest).
• Minimal application logs for debugging and security.

Purpose

Data is processed solely to provide Itamde Suite features (SEO audits, social scheduler, CMS) and for account security.

Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. On request or upon deletion, data is removed within 30 days.

User rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. Use the contact page to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use technical cookies for session, authentication and saving your preferred language. No third-party tracking cookies.

Third-party transfers

Data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. The only communications are with the social platforms you actively connect (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business) to publish your content.
